I went to discuss with my boss about negotiating pto time and she basically said that overtime doesn't matter because it's expected and should be working more.
This ended up leading up to her stating she works 70+ hrs and worked 20hrs/day at her old company (I call bs, she should be dead). Then she ended with saying that working 8hrs a day will not lead me to success.
She compared me to a senior designer that I work with that is super talented and smart. He can finish his work really quickly with extreme precision and quality. So she said they ended up just giving him more work and he works severe overtime because of that (60-70 hrs/week).
Sorry for long text but just so much bullshit that she does that just drives me up the wall.
