Had an hour chat with the moronic boss. “We are terminating your work from home status because the time isn’t correct, you need to be adding every second. You will not be paid for the “work” that has been done”. Then goes on to say “you will not be eligible promotion next month. We are not terminating you but we will have to demote you”.
So the work from home sheet I have to fill out, I was told by my old supervisor that it all needs to add up to 8 hrs, and seconds should be rounded to the nearest minute and minute rounded to the nearest 10 minute. I guess big bad boss bitch didn’t like it. Anyone hiring??
