Had my annual review where my boss let me know the main area I need to work on is letting him know when I have time for him to delegate his work to me.
Me, who doesn't get paid enough to own a $600,000 house like he does or an audi. I don't own a house at all, and couldn't afford to save for one with the student loans I have to pay and the high cost of rent and, really, everything else right now. I can't even afford health insurance. But I'm supposed to let you know when I can do your job? That I won't be compensated for? I don't think so buddy.
The problem is, my coworker, in the same role as me, is more than happy to take on his work which makes it look like I'm slacking off in comparison. But that's not my job. That's what HE gets paid way more money to do.
