His rule is, if you don’t come 30 or 1 hour early he won’t pay you because he doesn’t like the hassle of figuring out what he owes you pet minute (it would just be my hourly pay decided by 60 and the times by the minutes I’m in idk why that’s so hard). So I stopped coming in early. We are expected to be there 5 minutes before our shift starts but I show up at 2 minutes before just to give me time to put my bag away and use the washroom. Don’t want to pay me? I won’t be there.
