My immediate bosses are trying to disgruntle me from moving up and over in the company.
There are only positives to this move but they’ve been passive aggressive towards me and talking crap behind my back to other co-workers.
They’d rather see me stay stagnant in a place I don’t want to be at a low wage for what I am doing.
It would be nice if they would be supportive and happy for me but instead they just run their mouths. Just reminds me this is the right move and I’m looking forward to getting out of this particular area of the company.
