Brand new clinic totally misrepresented itself

I'm a veterinary receptionist, just left my last clinic due to toxic environment and a total disregard for Covid. I left just before my 3 months, having moved to the area leaving a clinic I absolutely loved after almost 2 years. I started at this new clinic a week ago, and it doesn't officially open for about 2 more weeks. Since starting: -Mask policy has already changed. I specifically asked in the interview, and was told masks were required with no plan to change anytime soon. A week after starting, masks are now optional. -Was told in initial interview and working interview about the system we'd be using. Didn't find out until after starting that actually, everything will be paper records and the system is only for scheduling and invoicing.

Since starting:

-Mask policy has already changed.

As receptionist, this drastically changes my role as I'm the one who has to deal with all the charts, and the way it's set up I won't always have access to information to answer client questions. Client questions are a major part of my day. Manager has some weird aversion to technology so I don't see this changing anytime soon, despite our system being designed to handle everything on our paper charts and more.

-Was made to believe I'd have potential for cross-training and additional responsibilities in general, now finding that actually my role is super restrictive and I'm incredibly limited in what I can do.

-Was told in interview our team would be twice the size it actually is. It's impossible to find experienced vet professionals right now, and receptionists are even more difficult because of the way we're treated for the low pay we receive. Manager won't hire anyone without experience for the first couple months of the clinic opening, which I understand because training sucks, but this means I'm alone in my role.

I'd interviewed with another clinic that I realize now would have been so much better, but based on the interview I turned them down and the position isn't available anymore. Now I'm worried looking for yet another clinic so soon will look bad and I feel like I'm stuck here for a while.
