At work, I was asked to fill out a form to rate my department's relationship with our client. A direct quote from HR on the form stated ” All responses will be kept confidential. Personal comments will not be shared.” Obviously, since I am posting here, both my name and the comments were shared directly with the client, along with those of my other team members. I could really use some advise in crafting an email response. I am so angry, I am illegible right now.
