The shipping department I work at has us working through our breaks to load/unload trucks, I understand truckers get paid by the mile and it helps them get back on the road, but I feel like there has to be a better way so loaders don't have to work through their breaks and keep the truckers running.
I have half a mind to just stop working and take my break, because I'm over taking my first break and eating when my 8hr shift is almost over. Are all shipping departments like this, because the last 2 I've been at were.
