First off my family are immigrants to the US living in Utah. My brother fractures is foot at work in between 2 pallets. He went to the doctors yesterday and said it was that. Then went back the next day bc his job threatened to fire him so he went back and got paperwork saying that he was okay to work 100%. He already turned in the paperwork and everything.
Do y'all got any advice on if we can contact a lawyer or anything bc he paid for everything. He didn't know about workers comp and is stuck working intense labor with a fractured foot now.
