I’m quitting my job this week. It’s pretty awful – micro managing, poor leadership, terrible manager, depressing fear based culture, complete lack of respect for me as a professional. I’m having some anxiety about telling it like it is in my resignation email. I don’t want this company’s horrible behavior to get any justification by me stooping to their level. Should I be honest and set the bridge on fire or be politely vague when I resign?
