Burger King requires quite a lot from it’s employees for how little they pay.

I probably won't be here longer than I have to be, but Burger King, despite being one of the more famous franchises, only pays $11 an hour. Versus Wendy's, who starts out at $15 an hour. I figured it's fine for now. It's part time until I find something better. My issue is their uniform requirements. No beard, except something like a goatee (which looks less professional than a fool, styled beard imo), black pants that aren't jeans, black belt, black socks, black shoes, all out of my own pocket. Sure, I have some of that, but how am I supposed to even buy any of that when I don't have a job? Why is an “entry level job” forcing me to spend money I don't have to match their strict uniform requirement, while simultaneously paying me such a low wage?
