Businesses should have 10% of money made be set aside for anything that might happen to it every week. Then the other 90% would be used to pay for the expenses of the business. What is left from the 90% should be equally shared to every employee and the owner of the business.

Then the owner of the business will make the same amount of money as their employees and will live out a good life as well as all of the employees. We would have normal businesses and other things and people would have a good, livable pay with no unnecessarily rich people.
