Just have to get this off my chest. I have worked in a call center for some over priced home decor company for only about 7 months, and we recently had a follow up meeting about how everything is going. Apparently my feedback (about lack of sick time, vacation time is accrued at an amount no one can explain, insurance is terrible and $$$, training is mediocre, etc) and was told by my sup that I have too much feedback and its too negative. Apparently since they don't want to hear it, its not legitimate.
