Call Centers and Diapers

SOOO after a talk with my boss yesterday, it turns out I am taking too many bathroom breaks. I take medication that makes me very thirst; therefore, I have to pee a lot. I usually take 1-3 minutes every hour or two. Apparently that is too much time off of the phones. I asked if I should just wear an adult diaper. I was told “well, I won't tell you what to do.” So, I have bought my first pair of adult diapers so I can keep this job. (I need the money and am looking elsewhere in the meantime) To preface this, I have a disability and we have been on forced overtime for 2 months…and will be for the foreseeable future. Gotta love good old US of A labor laws. Employers can do whatever the eff they want to you and you have no recourse. Oh sure, they can say it's against the law, but what is done in practice is far different from what is done in reality.
