Calling out workplace toxicity in resignation letter

Has anyone experienced an employee calling out a specific person or people as a reason for quitting their job? I'll hopefully be leaving my current job within the next month and I want to make sure my leadership knows the real reason why and not give some generic reason.. Any advice for calling out a shitty supervisor? Not concerned about reprisal or anything. Just would like to throw this guy to the wolves as I walk out the door. Constructive advice only please. Thanks
