I often go to dunkin to buy a coffee and can't help but noticing the guy who always serves me is stressed and anxious. He's polite but literally doesn't have time to say “have a good day” because he's expected to take the next drive through customer WHILE he is preparing my order and handing it to me. At the very fucking least I would like to leave this person a few dollars as a tip but at every dunkin donuts in the fucking country it says no tipping… what the fuck is this just some greedy shit or what? What does a corporation have to lose from employees making more money THAT THE COMPANY DOESNT HAVE TO PAY THEM and they would be happier employees.
