Hi, I’m a manager from the UK, HR told me this week that they’re planning to do a survey to evaluate what people who report to me think about me basically.
This is not a performance review, it’s only created for me and my team.
I know people will have different opinions but I just feel like being prosecuted by HR, I just had my performance review done a month ago and I met their expectations. And I took some sick leave time because I was really stressed and having health issues (which HR didn’t like of course) now this survey is not really helping to make me feel better.
Have you ever had a survey done about yourself??
Edit: Thanks all!! I get on really well with my team! That’s why I was a bit worried, wasn’t sure if this was something common or there was something they were not telling me! All good with my team but not always good with HR (when it comes to defending the employees in my team mostly).
