Put 4 weeks of notice (required is 2 weeks) and he won’t approve what’s left of my pto (paid time off) and has been actively ignoring my emails, phone calls just to spite me for leaving. They have been a terrible boss my whole time here and all my coworkers think so as well, I’d love to leave him an informal message with everyone in loop as my way of saying goodbye. Burning this bridge is worth it. I just don’t want to get in any trouble since I’m taking a better position in a different state.
