I recently landed this awesome 24/hr nyc remote job with the “preference” of you popping into office once a week.
I want to move back to VA with my family.. I have an offer of a gorgeous 2 bedroom ‘apartment’ that looks more so like a duplex for 600!! That’s only 1 paycheck! Front deck, yard and everything.
Anyway.
If I move out of state, can I keep the same
wage? Can I sneak off and just keep my nyc address on file to keep my wage? I am more than willing to drive 9hrs just to pop my head into office like twice a month for ‘appearance.’ Or is this state tax nonsense like a federal offense kind of deal for lying?
This lifetime sucks and I’m trying to do everything in my power to live life comfortably.
