Can I sue the company I work for?

I work for a chemical plant and I just found out by my co-worker that I am the only person out of 150 employees who doesn’t receive medical benefits. I have been working here for a year and 2 months and I haven’t heard of any progress being made to get me full time to receive benefits. I started working here on 20 hrs a week and then recently they bumped me up to 30 because I asked for it since I can’t survive off of 4 hrs of work a day. All I need is 2 more hours to be full time but they refuse to give that to me with no explanation. They have me covering for the receptionist, making purchases in warehouse for more parts and file work of others. Seems as thought they keep adding work but keeping my pay and job title the same and…
