Can my boss dictate that my blinds need to be open?

I know this seems stupid, but it’s bothering me. I am currently in a shared office that has two desks. It’s essentially a rectangle with a partition dividing us. So on two sides of the rectangle is all glass. I sit in the back directly next to the the long glass “window” that looks into the hallway and directly into the department head and the guy underneath him.I can legit turn my body slightly and we stare into each other’s souls, it’s very awkward. They installed blinds, all was cool. Closed them nobody has to feel weird. I just had a review done by my boss, in which she stated I had to keep 2 out of 3 open so she can see me. Even though she would have to walk over and physically look. All the while she just comes in and tries to sneak up on me, I…

Do I address this or just do what I’m told? I’ve put two of the three down before and she has came and put them up. I just feel really awkward about the whole situation.
