Bear with me please, I suck at explaining things… I work remotely for a mortgage lender and when I make my calls to consumers they say that I'm breaking up or it's freezing and lagging. I had to take the day off today and probably tomorrow and wait for someone from IT to help me figure out the issues. Weve contacted my isp and they say everything's working perfectly and that's it nothing on our end. I'm worried though that they'll come up with something just to avoid paying me or firing me. They've been working on the remote server but i haven't started having issues till I told my manager that the call volume died and that I was waiting 30 minutes for a call so I was just losing money an getting very irritated. I went from being top 10% of the company to now 40% , I've never been that bad. They say they'll compensate if it's an issue on their end which I'm 110% sure it is but they'll throw some bull shit. Anyways can they fire me for all this crap that I can't prevent ???
