I work for a courier company and my manager is doing shady stuff. Routes have came open, routes I would take, and they are not posted in station and then someone outside the station is getting those routes. Rules are in house posting and no he applies outside our area. One route has been vacant for over 5 months because a team members has been on medical leave. The route was posted for two days about 3 months ago and then taken down two days later. When I asked why, I was told that team member would be back soon. Well it’s multiple months later, never posted for bid and all of a sudden an outside person got the route and has never been a courier. I have my managers boss email and the next four in line. There are other things but this is one of my key issues.
