I'm working in a business for about a month now and i get paid minimum wage, other workers get twice the amount or more that i make in the same hours, i currently work in another branch and he says the reason i get paid so little is because he pays me from the money that THIS branch makes so if i don't make enough money then i can't be paid alot, sometimes he says things like “you aren't making enough money here how am i suppose to give u your salary tomorrow?”
Edit: also i work 9 to 10 hours 6 days a week and i don't get saturdays off
