Can we hold my boss accountable when our company only has 6 employees and the HR person isn’t doing anything about this despite being treated this way too?

There are a lot of things I could bitch about but this is the one I find most offensive.

He likes to say things like, “hey crazy chick”, “that chick is crazy”, “that chick is funny”, “angry chick”, and the worst one, “bitchy spice.”

He's like intentionally inappropriate.
