I'm currently working a decent job right now, but I'm trying to find something that's closer to where I live, and has a better wage, and more opportunities for growth, unfortunately every single job I've applied to that has gotten back to me has had the hiring manager expect me to commute to an interview without discussing the wage over the phone. I think it's honestly selfish and disrespectful to expect someone to take time out of their busy lives to come down to an interview and risk wasting their time because you simply couldn't give them basic information over the phone. I'm getting really tired of it.
