Can you be antiwork but not anti-capitalism?

Overall I think this community is great, but I have been seeing some bizarre takes here recently. Specifically, some people don't seem to think capitalism is a problem. To me it makes no sense to be antiwork but not also anti-capitalist. Capitalism relies on our work. It coerces our work. You can never be free from work in a capitalist system. All of the shitty jobs and horrible managers that people post about here, all come about because of capitalism. You cannot divorce work from the system we operate under. The logic of capitalism is simple, firms must maximise profits at all cost. Such a system is not compatible with any form of decent working conditions, let alone abolishing work completely. The problems of work are directly created by capitalism. Am I wrong here? Can you be pro-capitalism but also antiwork?
