I was reading another post on here and one of the comments said something like 'national strike now!' That might be the most effective/only way to force the rich to listen, but I feel like the truth is most workers living paycheck to paycheck(which seems to be most of them) can't afford to go on strike for any period of time without disastrously hurting their own finances. By the time lost revenues catch the attention of the greedy bastards at the top, all the workers at the bottom would have long been homeless and starved to death.
I've never been part of a union, and I'm sure they do good things for their workers, but again, living paycheck to paycheck with risings costs everywhere how many people can even afford to form/join a union and pay union dues?
It's all just so frustrating. When do we get to wake up from the collective American nightmare? Fuck it, bring on the zombie apocalypse.
