im trying to switch my career to HR.
Ive had two interviews so far and interviewers just didnt believe me.
for the interviews i said i wanted to communicate people more and work as a team. for the context , my previous role was an independent job dont have to communicate a lot w random people. the interviewer said communicating with others could be difficult and it is not fun. she didnt believe me. she said she couldnt get why im leaving.
how can i make them convinced?
can anybody give me advice on persuading them?
