So basically there’s a coworker from work who’s been there 15 years and I just started two months ago I get that she has seniority and knows what she’s doing and she is respected by everything since she seems to have two bridal rooms all to herself. Keep in mind there are only four bridal fitting rooms and one was taken by a huge family watching the daughter try on dresses and so I go to the other side but one of them is still messy so I go to the one that co worker seems to own? Because as I’m in the stock looking for dresses she tells me those two fitting rooms are hers! For context I work at a place that rhymes with Naples My new boss is absolute crap she is changing literally everything in the store despite not being a GM She keeps yelling at me for leaving work WHEN IM SCHEDULED TO rather than staying 30 minutes. I want to just quit because she not only yells at me for the most dumb things out GM would not yell at us for, but my coworkers and completely breaking their morale to the point that they call in sick. Ok so I did the thing we were all kind of conditioned to do right…..good grades= good college=good school=good job…….. the good job part never actually worked. The real world does not give AF wether I have my bachelors or not. All they care about is experience and I can't get that experience if they all want more. All I know is factory work, which is cool if thats for you, but its not for me. Especially when you're underpaid. So… I'm making a fake resume, attuned to the position I want to be in. Any tips? Things I should know? For the ones that have actually done this before and it worked, why do you think it worked? Basically how do I not get caught? Btw. My Bachelors is in Biotech.

I work for a -MAJOR- US based electronics retailer as a national call representative. I have worked there for some time, but today was my first day doing phone calls because they outsourced my chat service position to India. I had some questions about some of the finer details of my job and found out that I will be negatively impacted on my job performance for going to the restroom at any time other that my designated break time. I also found out that I will be negatively impacted if I do no take my break at exactly the correct time, I will be penalized. With possible “corrective actions taken” There is no way to stop the incoming calls before my breaks. Due to the nature of calls, its damn near impossible to take your breaks at the exact time that you are assigned. I don't know about y'all, but…
