I've applied to over 200 jobs by now, trying to get a remote job that pays at least 13 to 15 bucks an hour. I don't live in the US, and I've applied on every app and site. With my biggest get so far being a phishing email. I need a better job than what I have now, like, almost half of my monthly salary goes to medical expenses and I earn less than 7bucks an hour. So I really need the help.

Job on indeed asks for my gender
So i found a workplace on indeed and wen applying it asks for the gender. Im not sure how they think this is correct. And also how is this going to effect my application. What do you think?
Sorry for potential grammar mistakes English is not my first language. I started a job at Mac Donald’s to pay rent a few months ago, I absolutely hate every second of it but it’s my only option for now. Usually when a public holiday is near they would ask everyone if they’re ok working on that day and since I despise that job I would always refuse to work on public holiday. This time they simply didn’t ask and me and now I’m finding out that my day off is going to be an 8h shift instead of going out with friends. I wouldn’t even be mad working that day if that was for a good cause, if my job was useful but it’s not. They decided to make money on that day and I have to work for them on a day I’m not supposed to and I don’t…
I want to make clear that I am NOT endorsing or supporting any form of violence. Now that that’s clear; people are slowly becoming homeless and the “American dream” is dead for the majority of the workforce below the age of 50. Meanwhile the 1% is so outrageous wealthy that they couldn’t spend all their money even if they tried. At what point do we as a society get tired of hearing “Let them eat cake” and pull out the block and stockade? Do we wait until the number of homeless exceeds the number of those with houses? Do we wait until starvation is a day away instead of a week away? This post is not meant to incite violence, I only mean to ask: at what point does outrage become action?
If anyone can link that video, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
My co-worker died
My co-worker passed away due to a long undisclosed illness (she was sadly in her twenties). My team lead wrote a LinkendIn post expressing condolences. However he appended our product URL at the bottom of the post. Is this honestly normal LinkedIn behavior? I just got on the platform.
Jesus Christ can’t you just give us till the end of the month? I’ve heard of workplaces giving it through the end of the month (most I know) or even the year (in entertainment contract jobs). I have diabetes so I could be fucked! Hehe
