MSRRA Familiarity?

This may be a bit nuanced for this space but is anyone familiar with the Military Spouses Residency Relief Act? To summarize, I'm a military spouse who claims residency in my partners home of record (Minnesota) despite the fact that I've never actually resided there. I've been with my employer (non-profit) almost 8 years and it has come to my attention that it would be more financially advantageous if I filed state income taxes in Minnesota as opposed to the state we are currently forced to reside in (and where my company is located). I've requested to be set up for Minnesota withholding and was told “we can't do that” despite the reality that the company has single remote employees in Germany, England, New York, North Carolina, Colorado, and I previously claimed Virginia when my partner was stationed there. I've let them know that I suspect this may be in…

Mean and crude work environment I think

I was working for a Recovery company which would repo vehicles and do impounds. I was being treated unfairly always yelled at in front of co workers and customers that was at our office to pick up their vehicles and or belongings. The same person was also threatening me everyday possible which started in August of last year at an accident scene when I told him when I started back to work there I can not lift over 10 pounds and do repetitive movements with my right shoulder after it was replaced he threatened to knock me out in front of bystanders people driving by and in front of the police officers as well and said he didn't care if I got him arrested he said it would be my word against his. He also had the owner of the company to take my pay from 10 an hour plus…

The reddit black out should be followed by a mod strike. This site seemingly only exists thanks to millions of manhours of unpaid work and reddit execs are about to list this company with a multi billion dollar valuation. Your chairity is their profit

Lets face it this current strike won't happen. Reddit will back down on the 11th with a new, more reasonable pricing structure and we'll all accept it and move on. In a few. Months admins will walk away from a multi billion dollar listing and then push volunteers who made this site harder and harder. A for profit company on the stock market should not rely on chairity to do it's regulatory duties. I can imagine even a 24 hour strike would be carnage as spam, scams and flaming hits unbelievable levels, likely even forcing relegatory bodies to investigate. After all what can the admins do? Fire you? Wow how will you cope without that 0 income they are providing you….

Doesn’t pay taxes. Has enough cash for two $500 million yachts. The single largest individual beneficiary of the U.S. Navy — that you pay for, and I pay for, but… he doesn’t pay for. Tax the 0.1%’s wealth, not their “reported income”.
