I have a hobby as a photographer that while enjoyable, is far from rewarding financially (not a complain, I don't chase money from it). Offer a slice of pizza from that pizza party as part payment of your rent, a clipart laden letter of thanks to your mechanic, trite motivational posters to the tax department. Please share the results here for the lols, but more importantly with your management so they may get an idea of how useless it is to your life, instead of a livable wage and conditions.
Do you make any distinction between corporate landlords and let’s say someone renting their 2nd or 3rd home? What are these distinctions and what lead you to these conclusions. If you were to say get a 2nd or 3rd home through inheritance how would you use it to help someone’s housing needs?
