Good morning! A few years ago, I proposed to get a sales and promotions calendar for Customer Service to help improve the time it took to help customers. I did a local one and it was a hit, specially with the new hires because they hadn't learned all the ins and outs of the search system we use. We're expecting an ice storm today but have been told we need to be in the office. Anyone who doesn't want to risk driving is being forced to take the day off. Except, our company already works from home two days a week. We are all set up and able to work from home.
