Do not be scared to unionize. The labor department is on our side. I worked as a budtender in a conservative state. During the pandemic I saw that are company was not doing enough to protect us and attempted to unionize. A fee months later the company became aware, had an anit union meeting and eventually fired me. The union helped me report it to the labor department, and after a year and a half and taking the case all the way to court they were found guilty of multiple anti union practices, and firing me for union activity.
