My contract didn't got extended cause the last month i had a conflict with a co-worker. I forget once to show up at work. While i'm always perfectly on time. My co-workers mostly go away earlier when i have shift. That night i wass late and solved with the working collegeaus. A week later i worked a night. In the morning another co-worker came in and the first thing he said wass. You where to late, you have to show 100% responsibility etc. It pissed me a lil off, cause i'm always on time and with that i mean always. No they dont extend my contract cause my response. Besides at my teamday somebody gave me a plus for always being on time. And a – for looking better at my schedule. Is this normal or just toxic af?

Don’t work in the music industry
Just don’t. I just started going to school part-time while working full-time in the music industry (Los Angeles) so that I can enter a new field and get out. Some of the most toxic work cultures I’ve ever experienced. Undervalued, underpaid, and gaslit when complaining about making unlivable wages at 50-60 hours a week by being told that we should be grateful for even having a job in the industry at all. I’ve been working in a half-capacity team and have just been told I’ll only be getting a 2$ raise this year, while my peers in other departments in comparable roles have since had a 7$ per-hour raise. I thought my love for music would counter the sub-or working conditions, but all it did was kill my love for music altogether.
constantly running
i've been working for 2 years and half in the same position in the same company. of course i took many vacations but didn't enjoy that much because of thinking that i'll be back to work after a couple of days. my job deals with a lot of stress, communication and physical activity sometimes. is it normal to feel this way? and if so what am i supposed to do/understand to stop or suppress that feeling?
My job/company sucks
Management sucks. Most of the employees kiss ass so bad it makes me sick.
