So Taco Bell has officially taken away the premium wage pay for it's night time employees…. They did some algorithm bullshit that made an employee get paid 18 an hour and shift leads 17.00 an hour whilst still expecting them to do their shift lead duties and close their fucking store for them at 4 to 6 am in the fucking morning. They even made it to where GMs can't even go in to give a merit raise to Ballance it out. It's fucked up….now mind you night shift leads were making anywhere from 19 to 20 an hour. This pay cut just came this week with no warning but on the app where HR post, it's filled with miscellaneous Bs…this should have been posted on that app. It's bullshit

I work in hospitality and I've had SO. MANY. CREEPY. FUCKS. making weird comments about me and my appearance. I've mentioned this to my (male) manager and, of course, he smirks and says it's bad but it's part of the job. I'm also massively autistic so I have a hard time defending myself in the moment. Why in the name of FUCK am I expected to put up with this shit for minimum wage?! I'm trying to get into something else (went to university, hasn't been any use in getting a decent job yet) but no luck. So next week, it'll be another week of shitty, arrogant, creepy fucks making me feel uncomfortable at work. And another week after that, and then another and another. And I'm meant to be absolutely fine with this. Fuck this shit.

…just take it out of your profits (right after you choose give the your employees more than the absolute minimum you're forced to). Why is this a thing? If a company cares so much about a cause, then they should be a non-profit organization. Otherwise, just give me what I payed for so I can go. The poor sap they have asking me for a contribution probably needs a raise anyway.
