I've enjoyed lurking on this sub through different accounts on reddit. It used to be where anti-establishment voices could coalesce and ideate, I loved watching it happen. With tenets immediately appealing to the average worker, this sub gained popularity, and with it I fully expected the signal-to-noise ratio to diminish, and it has. I don't think it's happened any faster than what I expected or any slower. But regardless of route to its current state, it's gotten too noisy and echo-ey in here, so I'm ducking out. Good luck on getting more coordinated as the movement grows, it's not a new challenge, but a challenge nevertheless.
If these stupid companies really want to hire me…then text or email me. I do NOT want to talk on the phone. Sorry not sorry ️

I was recently sent this article from a supervisor. It was sent to a leadership email group within the company asking for feedback and thoughts. I had a hard time coming up with an honest response that wasn't needlessly argumentative. I thought I would post here and see what y'all think. https://www.inc.com/marcel-schwantes/why-are-people-quitting-their-jobs-it-may-come-down-to-1-thing-theyre-not-getting-from-employers.html
