I was sent home by a terrible manager.
I've had multiple issues with this manager in the past. Mostly this takes the form of him constantly hassling me and bothering me while I'm in the middle of work. Last night it took this form: He asked me to take a thing of tea up while I was in the middle of rolling burritos. I was a little pissed already and doing that added to it. Then when I returned to the burritos, he tried to force me to go on break. Meanwhile, I had half a thing of burritos I needed to roll. I said “No, leave me alone.” and then he continued to hassle me. I was getting further angry by this so I tried to go to my other managers who were busy up front. I found no help there so I decided to try to clean up my space and do as he said. Then…

Boss makes job hell
I really like my job, although it's not the best paying, and I'm still struggling financially, its a good job, workwise. I work in shipping for a small business, so I manage online sales. I get into work and as soon as I walk into my shipping station, all the supplies are moved around and or missing, boxes are mislabeled and not organized properly, and most orders are very sloppily boxed and labeled in the outgoing bag. I start to fix these issues, and get a text saying that I've been too slow at shipping and…
Healthcare is known for having little to no unions, terrible working conditions, and at best, average pay for knowledge and practice. I do not want to be know that it is me spreading union information as I dont want to lose my job. How can I start a wave of information where I won't be at the center of it all?
It’s finally Friday my dudes
We almost have peace. It’s been a very slow week for me. Can’t wait to do whatever I want at home.
My mom has been repeatedly asking her employer to take her off the group health insurance repeatedly the last 5 months. They take $180 a week. So about $720 a month. She never got a packet explaining her benefits or her member ID. They keep telling her, it’s a process. It’s been 5 months. What can I do to help her.
