I’ve worked for my employer for almost 6 years now and have done almost every sales position in the company and consistently been a top performer. During Covid they shut down to a curbside model like many places and furloughed most of the staff. This was rough being one of the few survivors, averaging 25-30000 steps a day in the Florida heat during summer. Fast forward to stores reopening and we were doing record breaking in store sales, but without the staff having been brought back. We went from having on average 30 employees plus leaders to about 10 including leaders, but busier than we have ever been. I ended up moving up the ranks, landed a 100% commission based premium sales position on the company and started killing it. I was making probably close to $150k/yr based strictly on my performance. So all of our Tips have been wasted
It is propagandized
We are both from poor backgrounds, but are well connected with the “elite” in the area as both of us attended and graduated through Catholic schools. We are both 40, and she just can't continue in her current career due to burnout(15 yrs)/general unhappiness/dealing with customers/toxic work environment etc. etc. etc. SEVERAL business owners (and friends) have a lot of clientele who need a house cleaner, and she really enjoys making things look immaculate if even for only a few seconds(2 dogs&10yo) We need something witty, humorous, eye catching. We don't want generic or corny I should also mention, her first and middle name are Mona Lisa(I shit you not) TIA!

She walks into the office doesn’t introduce herself, gives me a literal nudge and says ‘yea our meeting might take place a little later, because I have to apply for something (non work related might I add). Fine no problem. 10:00 o clock passes and she sends her ‘assistent’ to inform me that the meeting will not take place because she is still trying to apply for her benefit. Sure……

We just got a new CSM and so far, he's a piece of work. He hasn't even been here a week, mind you. I just met him for the first time the other day. I introduced myself, and he introduced himself. Then said, “Are you going to be my future assistant?” I replied, “Yes.” “I'll have to have a talk with you.” So, I go back to checking people out. It's a relatively slow day, not many customers. He comes up to me and another employee, and, instead of asking us politely to “redline” (which wasn't even needed because it's not busy at all, mind you) he asks us, “Have you guys seen our training videos?” We reply yes, and in…
