I have been working in the HQ's of a furniture retail company (I got the job mostly for my frustration during the pandemic) since August 2020.
I'm a one person department and I shouldn't be that way bc it's about maintaining pricing, inventory and HD images in a website. But there's no intentions to get me some help or lowering my work load not even paying more for my work. Even got suspended for not doing all the heavy workload that this implies.
I work 6/7 days and I spend almost 10 hrs here and the CEO and GM don't care about the mental, physical and financial consequences that are on jeopardy for their employees on this schedule.
I'm quiting today for my mental health and if they don't care about me I won't care about them either.
If you're from El Paso TX area I don't recommend this company to do furniture shopping. (Google it OK KFOX news)
