My work schedule changes every week. Mornings then nights then afternoons. I'm on the afternoon shift this week. We're scheduled to be at work from 3pm-11pm, but really we're supposed to be there from 2:30-10:30, but in actuality they want us there from 2-10. On our time sheets we're supposed to put our time down as 2:30-10:30. And at 10pm if they want us to finish something or our relief hasn't shown up we're expected to stay the extra 30 minutes we're scheduled for only we don't get paid for an extra half hour.
Makes no sense.
