Childcare for the CEO

The CEO is married and his wife used to have a job in the company. She would come in once or twice and work on marketing. Then we outsourced the job and she became a stay at home mom (no judgement). After lockdown ended, we heard they got an au pair for their two children. Again, no problem with this on our end. Recently, he started bringing at least one child (he has 2) to the office in the morning. It is disruptive as the children (4M and 7F) are not used to playing by themselves. Recently, he started bringing at least one child (he has 2) to the office in the morning. It is disruptive as the children (4M and 7F) are not used to playing by themselves. So they'll start off sitting quietly in his office with a book or iPad, then after an hour or so, they come out and want the CEO to entertain them. Two people in customers service have had to do this when the CEO was on a call. One warehouse worker spent the day drawing with the 7 year old instead of working. I had to unclog the women's bathroom after she came out asking for help. (Hilarious, I know, but I'm busy)

Not sure if this belongs here, but I just wanted to vent. I have no recourse since it's his company (the board of directors is the CEO and his father). Productivity goes way the hell down when the kids are here. We're not allowed to have earbuds. My biggest problem with this is that we've had multiple people quit or get fired because of childcare issues. People have been written up because they left early after a school closed due to the weather (floods and heat waves). But when you're the boss, these issues just don't apply to you.
