Had a big shift wide meeting today at work to discuss the fiscal year and goals and numbers and dumb graphs to waste time. One of the graphs was how our finances are budgeted throughout the building services. It said worker pay takes up about $19,000,000 and benefits takes about $9,000,000 and supplies take around $3,000,000. They then said that they are in the red about $9,000,000 and need to get that number down. Felt like they were making it seem like it’s our fault our pay and benefits cost so much when they’re the ones poorly budgeting our funds.
