My current company is raising salaries, looking to introduce more flexible hours, and changing hiring practices to post salaries and provide more clarity during the hiring process. Corporations are starting to feel pressure now that potential employees have the power. Some of the things that have been most impactful have been asking early in the interview process about the salary and declining if not within an acceptable range. Also, tell companies why you won’t accept the job. Use their greed against them. Please keep demanding more!
