I have read countless postings of people finally getting fed up with their employer and quitting. I beg you all to please start also reviewing these employers on sites such as Glassdoor.com. Provide an honest review so that potential employees will know what they are getting into. Once these companies start struggling to find good employees they will have to change their ways; not to mention their tarnished reputation won’t sit well with management, the board of directors, or investors if publicly traded.
So rant here, but help the next person out and prevent someone else from having to put up with the crap you had to put up with.
