The driver is 4 hours late, no idea where he is, and even if he showed up right now I only have 3 hours left until I have to clock out. The thing is, this delivery is going to take me about 4 hours to complete AND it takes me 1.5 hours to drive home (company vehicle, we park at home but we have to be clocked in to drive them). So should I even bother telling my boss I'm going to need to go over 8 hours or should I just up and leave once I hit 6.5 hours? Not my fault this is happening.
