Like when you go to a job interview you're asked to literaly be perfect in every way, and preferably bé more perfect than the other candidates.
Companies are more than far from perfect, but because they're in a position of power the can affoard to still be picky despite not deserving it.
For exemple you know those stupid companies Always complaining about not having enought workers ? Always asking 2,3, 4 or more years of experience while not understanding the reason why they can't find anyone with so much expérience is precisely because all companies are asking that so no one can enter a company to gain experience in the first place ? Well turns out when you ask them you should still apply anyways ! Because “well yeah but the job offer doesn't Always reflect what we're actually looking for…” So I'm supposed to apply for a company who's not even able to correctly word their job offer ? Like it's a sign the company sucks, that it doesn't care, it's like coming with false informations on your resume and saying “well you see it doesn't really reflect m'y true experience but it's fine hire me anyway”.
Why do companies get away with it a d not us ?
