Just curious. Is it just an Australian phenomenon or do others see the idiocy of Corporate Growth Plans. Essentially, a mandate by Corporate to grow headcount by 50%..i.e. staff up AS IF they are some sort of tech startup. Then have people sitting around twiddling their thumbs.
