I started working in his company on December 2021, the job description didn't said anything about WFH.
Everyone was doing home office since covid started 2 years ago, when I started working here they were coming to the office to teach me and all that stuff, then after 1.2 months some people got covid and everyone got sent to their home to WFH including me, but after 3 months big boss decided she wanted everyone back to the office, I spend 4 hours a day and half of the shit pay they give me just to come and eat here, so I stared searching to options closer to home, and my girlfriend stared working in a company that allowed her to do WFH completely for some months because of her situation, and she tells me this seems like a really cool company, so I send them my CV, got a call and I'm waiting for them to apoint me a interview and I really hope they do it and hire me.
In the company I'm currently at, every person is nice, my direct boss is really chill and she doesn't like to come here when we can WFH and the other person in the accounting team thinks the same way, even big boss, the one that wants us in the office is nice, she's not toxic like other bosses I've seen here and the piece of shit boss I had in the past.
But this is my point, this just reaffirms that even if employers are nice they don't give a fuck about you and only care about the business, we are 3 in the accounting team: chill boss, other accountant and junior accountant (me),
Other accountant gave them 1 month to find someone because he's leaving and they haven't found anyone jet because the pay is too low, I started to doubt leaving because if I leave then it's going to be just chill boss in the accounting team, but fuck it, it's not my fault and I need to do what's best for me, and if you can do it too then do it, don't care about employers who don't care about employees, just care about you.
